Kartmatiq may allow you to return an Item in limited circumstances. If the Item you receive is not as described on the Product Page, then you may request a return by reporting the issue through Orders section within 7 days after delivery (as determined by the tracking information) of the order.

  • Note: All the above terms acceptable, if you must have an unboxing video of the order that you want to return or replace. If the opening video clearly establishes that it is the manufacturer fault, return shipping will be covered by Kartmatiq. The video should be taken in one go, and to start BEFORE opening the package, with shipping label clearly visible, and include checking all sides of the package and checking for any defects.

If you do not have an opening video: You may initiate return by paying the standard shipping fee (Kartmatiq support team will share a payment link and arrange return pickup from your place). Once the item is delivered back to our warehouse in the original condition, you will be refunded the item’s full value. Our team generally takes 24 to 48 hours to verify the returned product and process refund in source payment mode.
