Before the order is confirmed by the us, you can cancel your order directly on the Order Details page. A refund will be issued to your original payment account automatically. If your order has confirmed, you may cancel your order by contacting support team for cancellation within 2 days from ordered date. If you have not received your order 20 days after placing the order, you may reach out to support team to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
